I was kinda surprised by the excellent cleanliness of my room and the comfortable amenities provided. The hotel offers a calm and relaxing environment, perfect for a solo traveler like myself. The breakfast buffet, although consistent, was decent and provided enough energy to kickstart my day. Being within a short distance from a metro station made exploring the area convenient and effortless. The hotel's location is in a tranquil area, awesome for a peaceful night's sleep, yet it is only about 15 minutes away from the airport by taxi if needed.

hotel is located in the new residential area and business park of LAS TABLAS (Madrid neighborhood). beds and showers are quiet, clean and comfortable. At the window, you can see the most modern and quiet residential buildings as well as the 4 skyscraper towers in the distance! You can walk 10 minutes to the metro and tram station from the hotel, you can take the tram to the Renfe station "Fuente de la Mora". In order to get to the airport, you must pick up the train to the T4 airport faster. ( 3 stops ). hotel is located 10 kilometers from Madrid-Barajas International Airport. breakfast is very delicious. There is the bar, meeting rooms, parking area nearby. If you forgot something brush. comb, etc, while asking the guest to help them... good price quite economical! most friendly and smiling huspeded!

He didn't like to watch the TV stations that were quite insufficient. There are not enough services.

Great breakfast to start the day with sweet, meat, cheese. Very very good building and rooms with simple decoration. Location near central Madrid, and Las Tables metro station.

The rooms were spacious, and the kids loved how close we were to fun places like Warner Bros Park.

For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly dining options on-site.

Laminate wood floor in room not nice - makes room noisy. Rain problem meant I had to take a smoking room (stank) or move to another hotel. Bar area only intermittently manned. Expected a nicer hotel for the price.

Good comfortable bed, the restaurant has decent food and overall you can have a good night sleep.

Need more than one person in reception for the peak times (e.g.: Thursday and Friday morning for check-out). For such a large hotel it is a shame that they have no gym.

The room was very comfortable, even though I was given a smokers room and I'm not a smoker (I was advised there is no non-smokers room available at the time). I didn't smell anything, which means the staff do their job very well.

You should make the hotel non-smokers only.
